Payment Policy
Happy Critters requires a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance due at least 72 hours prior to commencement of the booked service
Short notice bookings: Full payment is required prior to commencement of the booked service.
Cancellation Policy
Applies to Booking Deposits and Full payments:
72 hours or less notice given: No refund of deposit
More than 7 days notice given: A full credit will be issued
No refunds will be issued if you decide to return early
* special circumstances will be considered for refunds to be issued
